I barely got any signal at my house, so it just wasn’t worth keeping for me. What made it even more frustrating was feeling like every time I asked about it, I got some policy explanation instead of an actual solution. Maybe it works better in other areas, but for me it was disappointing.

Some of the plans seemed good, but comparing them took more effort than I expected (maybe it was just the way everything was laid out). I eventually got through it, but it wasn’t as straightforward as I hoped

The regional plans were useful, but they felt a little limited for what I needed. I had a feeling going in that they might only cover the basics, and that instinct was pretty much right.
